Hi I am Chef Vanda, The Organic Personal Chef. With over 20 meet-ups and approaching 200 members, Raw and Well Long Island is a strong and vibrant community and I would like to continue its success and growth.
We welcome all levels of interest in the Raw Vegan/Living Food Lifestyle from the seasoned raw foodist to those curious of the benefits of a raw food diet. Raw and Well Long Island meetups embody a relaxed kind of setting - with food demonstrations, some fun & educational field trips, pot lucks with themes for the seasons with a little homework to make it interesting, and member suggested ideas - just some of the things to come.

This group is member driven, we host informal raw vegan potlucks, raw food demonstrations, visit local farms, we seek new raw food restaurants and share our positive raw food experiences. We encourage you to participate with ideas for upcoming events.
