With the motor vehicle travel ban, my car being buried with nowhere to even move the snow to, I won't be able to make it. Hope to join in next time.

It looks like I won't be able to step out of the house today - lots and lots of snow. My appologies Rawbert! I'm looking forward to the March meeting. Keep safe everyone. Cheers!

I have a feeling I will be buried and regretfully will not make this great event. Don't forget to stock up on some RAW foods! Cheers.

If the weather forcast is accurate, I will not be able to attend this meet-up. This makes me very sad :) For those hearty New Englanders who venture out, enjoy every moment

    Hi All,
I am looking to meet up on Feb 9th. It's amazing to share with all of you that for the past 29 days, I drink fresh juice every day from 5AM to 11 PM, about 1.5 Liters ( Fiji Bottle size). I also drink more water and have dates, bananas, avocados, and watercress salads ( through out the day). I will have a cooked meal (50% raw) at around 5PM but I time that so it does not hold back the Juice "High" in the morning. I wanted to only do this for 10 days, but the feeling is so amazing. Best of all, no calorie restrictions as long as it's raw. So if level 10 was my best energy level before, and eating cooked fish brought me down to a 5 for about 1.5 hrs, I feel like I am 18-20 most of the day. I am almost down to 12% body fat (14% a month ago) which I could never get to on any other diet without major hunger going on. I honestly can't believe it's 29days. Side effects, no more dry skin or break outs, thinner looking abdomen, not gas pains or bloating, and amazing amounts of energy!

Karen, I sent a photo of my refrigerator to a friend of mine and he thought I was crazy drinking so much juice. He found out with spreadsheets that I am getting a good amount of protein! However, being on my 30th day, it's boggling his wife who is a nutritionist. He has now decided to juice starting with once a week as a power lifter... My fridge is almost empty! I do regret getting non organic bananas, and they are sill not ripe yet (brown spots). Luckily another store had ripen ones. These will be ready next week... All I can say is that I still feel amazing to be on this juicing lifestyle. :) Cheers!
