The meal was designed and created by our raw chefs to harmonize farmers’ market fresh, local, and organic ingredients for you, committed to sustainable living. The meal was vegan, organic, and gluten-free. The Green Gratitude Dinner Dance was a green event, as much as possible was composted (soup bowls, dessert plates) or washed to be reused.
