This meetup is for the fitness curious and committed (newbie, dabbler or experienced). If you want to have a fun group of people to support you in your fitness goals, explore a variety of fitness activities and enjoy yourself in the process, you've found the meetup for you!
You will also learn, share and experiment ways to use organic, raw and vegan foods to fuel your body for the ultimate fitness experience.
Get ready to explore the KC metro by participating in numerous activities to inspire ultimate health, well being and goodness for your body, mind and spirit. We'll participate in a range of activities, including and not limited to walking, running, boot camp, biking, yoga, pilates, qi gong and dancing.

I'm in Texas this week so next TUESDAY, November 17th, we'll practice intenSati at JIVA STUDIO! (A new location will be chosen for intenSati in the middle of December as Jiva Studio is closing this location. Let me know if you know of a place!)
