How would you rate your fitness level on a scale of 1 - 10?

5--good cardiovascular and excellent nutrition but need more muscular strength

How often do you exercise each week and what do you do?

mostly walking, although I am also taking a beginner's ballet class. Due to an old back injury I am staying low impact and am getting to start pilates-based rehab for core strength.

What interests you most about this fitness group?

Meeting other like-minded people for fun and inspiration

What is your favorite form of exercise?

When my back is strong enough again, yoga
