I'm converting to a 100% raw food diet, and am hungry for any and all information out there. Exercise and mind/body/spirit alignment are also very important factors.

Well, up to now, it's been pretty hit or miss, but I spend several nights a week/end dog walking, and then I have a goal to start doing yoga in the mornings before work starting next week.
