3 times a week. I just started with trainer last Monday. Other two days varies usually treadmill for 40 min and free weights, leg work. Just started working out again.
I just recently made a life change and eat fruits and vegetable, gave up junk food for the most part but want to even do better and learn more and also want to meet with people that want the same thing. Also would love to be able to have workout activities with others.
I love walking on trails!
To be 48 and realizing that it is never to late to change.
