I would have to say my fitness is a 5, I would like to get it up to a 10.
I walk 6 miles a day, 2-3 times a week I ride my horse and then I do various other exercises around the house.
I would like to learn more about a raw diet and learn more about inteSati. The group looks uplifting and fun
It is always changing, I used to like to do two hours a day 6 days a week lifting weights. Now I am drawn to my walking Pilates & yoga
