I am joining two of my main passions in life - fitness and nutrition! I'm excited to share it with all of you and get in the best shape of our lives!
I feel like a 5 right now! My goal is to feel like a 10!
4-5 times, walking, jogging, resistance/weight training, yoga, cross training
I'm excited to learn and grow from the people in the group in all ways - physically, emotionally and spiritually and any other ways there are!
Oh man, I asked these questions and now I must pick my favorite! I have so many favorites! It depends on the day and what my body and spirit need. Yoga is great for balancing, stretching and grounding me. Running is great because I feel like my body is alive. I love weight training because
