How would you rate your fitness level on a scale of 1 - 10?

A 2 but working on it! :-) New to juicing, raw food, and exercise!

How often do you exercise each week and what do you do?

5-6, bike/treadmill/weights at the gym, and yoga class

What interests you most about this fitness group?

Being around people who want to be healthier...and hopefully meet some new friends since I'm new to town.

What is your favorite form of exercise?

Does sex count?! :-D If not, I love dancing or swimming!

What are you grateful for?

Massages! :-) Anything relaxing or pleasurable in this hectic world!!!!
