I exercise every few days. If I exercise less than that I'm not working out hard enough and If I do more than I'm not working out hard enough. I want to be sore for two days. Think that's too much to ask? I do body weight resistance with partners to put force on top of my weight and then to assist me. Its Great!!
That It doesn't just focus on working out or eating great or achieving desires but also that it does it in a group manner
Anything that gets me exhausted. Then I know It's doing some work. The faster the better.
