Introduction

I joined to be inspired by the group mentality

How would you rate your fitness level on a scale of 1 - 10?

Natalie? What kind of question? lol..I either have the option to blush or be embarrassed...N/A

How often do you exercise each week and what do you do?

I exercise every few days. If I exercise less than that I'm not working out hard enough and If I do more than I'm not working out hard enough. I want to be sore for two days. Think that's too much to ask? I do body weight resistance with partners to put force on top of my weight and then to assist me. Its Great!!

What interests you most about this fitness group?

That It doesn't just focus on working out or eating great or achieving desires but also that it does it in a group manner

What is your favorite form of exercise?

Anything that gets me exhausted. Then I know It's doing some work. The faster the better.

What are you grateful for?

I'm grateful for having the choice to be grateful
