Chef Sheree shares her enthusiasm about food with humor, fun and passion! Her teaching and demonstration skills are superb. You will leave with practical and insightful information. Everything Chef Sheree prepares is mouth watering delicious. At the end of the day you will feel great because of the healthy, whole foods you have sampled. Join us!

This is my favorite class to teach. It's a marathon of a variety of recipes and the venue is perfect for this type of event. (Bolton + Hay is a commercial restaurant supply house -- but they also sell things to the public. I buy my storage containers and some cool "gadgets" there.) We need 15 people in order to make this work with rent and food costs...I hope you'll join me for Raw 101. Its a great start to the New Year...Sheree

    •  I always enjoy teaching Raw 101, but this group was an extra-special one. The questions were insightful, the group was attentive and the venue -- as usual -- was great. I am grateful to have had some of my friends join us for the day, and equally happy to have met the new folks. I encourage each of you to email me with your questions and your own tips and pointers as you experiment and learn!
    •  It was a wonderful experience. I was engaged from the time I sat down in the morning to the time the class was finished. Sheree's knowledge about raw food is inspiring to me and I'm excited to start making the basil tarts!!!
    •  I really enjoyed this class! I wanted to learn how to prepare Raw Foods and try to incorporate more of it into my diet. Shereee did a great job presenting the information and demonstrating to us how it's done. I'm looking forward to trying it on my own with the recipes she shared with us.
    •  Information was very well presented, fun to listen to and the food was absolutely delicious! A first-class experience.
    •  Great--need more like it!
    •  The day went fast - we learned so much, and Sheree was a wonderful and entertaining presenter. She's so great at sharing all of her knowledge in a way that is interesting, and helps you to understand how you can apply the raw food lifestyle in a way that suits your individual situation and need.
