This is a demonstration class and will cover a variety of dishes -- most of which will be fast and easy to make. We'll also go over how to use equipment, where to find ingredients, how to plan your raw food menu. Best of all, we'll eat everything! If you have taken Raw 101 previously, you can still get something out of this presentation. We will be going over some different techniques and ingredients. In RAW FOOD 101 you will learn:

• How to make delicious, easy meals that will impress even picky eaters
• How to turn nuts and seeds into protein rich pâtés
