The two key components of any Detoxification (detox for short) program are decreasing the number of toxins going in and—at the same time—assisting the body’s capacity to neutralize and eliminate the toxins.

An hour-long talk, given by holistic health coach Sheree Clark, will be followed by a yoga flow class, designed to enhance detox efforts and provide deep relaxation.
