Some days I am vegetarian, semi-raw and other days I head back to the standard American diet. My hope/goal is to make improvements daily.

I am a wife and mother to two great kids. I also teach elementary school. I've been interested in nutrition for some time now and have recently been exploring eating more whole foods.
