85% RAW and 15% cooked. ___ I do barley green berry or mint flavor a tsp once a day or more. Might have a RAW Living Survival Food Bar 300 cal gd fats or Raw Living Snack bar throughout day sometimes. --- For most days a large Romaine Salad n fixings or plain or with: shredded carrots, mushrooms, celery, cabbage, cucumbers lots just depends where I am. Hyvee, Panera Pread, Subway, Overseas Army--- I put my own olive oil/flax oil, chia seeds, flax seeds ground, celtic sea salt, Nutritional yeast powder (cheese like flavor) as my fixings. No more Burger King ha! Eating Vegetarian again since July 2010 on Army Deployment to Afghanistan of 1yr --- Vegan[masked] Army summer camp 24 days.

Going to familtn church gatherings the food they bring. I always bring large romaine salad many love. Meat is no longer tempting to me. So still working on one day at a time.
Raw veggies: zucchini, cucumber, peppers, Romaine hearts as is or rip into bowl make salad as above. ---- Barley green Berry flavor. --- RAW living food survival bars from Hacres. ---- Smoothie: 1 Avocado, 2 bananas in a blender. Yummy you may add 1 cup of pinapple or strawberries, or just add 1 ----3 TB carob powder to taste like Chocolate. Yummy !!! I have more recipes I love Just ask... ***Alfredo sauce: 1/2 TB chives, 1/2 C. Nutritional yeast, 1.5 C. Veganese grapeseed type stir in pour over a pasta dish yum! *** Mostly smoothies and juices. :) ***RAW Applesauce you can make in food processor or w green star/life juicer alternating 3 main ingredients : 4 apples cored, 6 mejool dates pitted, 1/4 C. Almonds, 1 tsp cinamon, 1/4 tsp cardoman opt i use it, 1/2 tsp nutmeg. ..... YUMMY i lost count of how many times I have made this one for sure.

I love it and am excited to become more apart of it. Thank you for creating this group. It great even for those who are just curious and really want nothing to do with it. I will attend again. Life is just so busy. I am glad I attend one. I will be making cauliflower popcorn again. :)
