I have eaten 100% raw for just over a week. I can't believe how good I feel. I love the green juices, love to "cook" so I have had fun making some great entries.
It would be nice to meet people traveling down this same journey, get new ideas and inspiration.
We gave 12 grandchildren. When they visit My biggest challenge is always sticking to the way we eat rather than going to their way of eating.
So far it is a Zucchini "pasta" with a sweet corn, mint pesto from Everyday Express by Matthew Kenney
