Hi! I'm trying to keep raw as much as possible and would like some tips on what works for other people. I'd also like to share my how raw foods and juices have improved my health.
I'm not vegetarian, I eat meat a couple times a week. I'm currently about 60-75% raw, but would like to be more.
I hope to learn new ideas for preparing food and meet other people interested in this lifestyle.
I love fruit but try to stay away from sugar because it feeds cancer; I was diagnosed with breast cancer about a year ago. I also love grains but have heard it's not good to eat too many of them!
I love tabouli and lately have been eating a lot of fresh herb salad with other veggies and olive oil and lime juice.
