I guess you'd call me a "flex"atarian. I mainly eat a vegetarian diet but include some fish and eggs. I also avoid dairy and gluten... most of the time.
I'm always interested in learning new ways to prepare food and I love trying new recipes. There have been some really great events to attend!
I am busy and always on the go, and cooking doesn't always fit into my schedule. I wish there were more healthy fast food options!
I love avocado chocolate mousse! It"s amazing when I have a sweet tooth.
