Gluten and dairy free, whole foods for the most part. I seem to be moving more toward vegetarian. This week I've been eating about 75% raw,
Recipes!! and to meet new friends : ) I am enjoying being around positive, health-minded people. I'm here to learn as much as I can, and encourage others to improve their health too.
This year I bought a share in a local CSA. I'm having a blast figuring out how to use all those beautiful veggies in my box each week! Yes, I'm trying both raw and cooked recipes. I even made kimchi from the kohlrabi! So my challenge is finding time and ideas to use all this beautiful food!
Chef Brandy Lueders' Walnut Meat Tacos and Raw Pad Thai were what I answered when I joined. Now, I have developed some luscious raw chocolate goodies, beet and kale smoothies, a raw muffaletta sandwich spread (Yum!), shall I go on? LOL!
Heard about raw food diet a year ago. Been gluten and dairy free for 4 years and not making as much improvement as I wanted. Now I am eating more whole, organic, and raw foods. I'm having so much fun trying new recipes and making up yummy things!
