the last month I've cut way back on meats, sugar, alcohol and flours. I'm definitely eating healthy but want to learn how to prepare a larger variety of foods. Perhaps under 50% but I haven't kept track really.
More ideas on preparing food and especially how eating better can improve my health. I'm interested in hearing others success and perhaps one day being more of an expert myself.
Being prepared throughout the week with healthy food for my meals. I'm sure there are more, I can't think of right now. Too much caffeine.
