We are currently 70% raw by having smoothies in the morning, salads for lunch and cooked meals at night. We juice frequently and occasionally have a cooked breakfast of oatmeal with pine nuts and goji berries. We try to get a wheatgrass shot frequently and use nuts frequently in our meals.

We feel so much better with our new eating habits. We have a ways to go but are making great progress every day. We have been doing this for a year and a half now and am enjoying my new passion!
