How did you learn about raw food?

My sister somehow was drawn to it after a life crisis and shared books by Carol Alt and Natalia Rose with me. I was so inspired!

What information or skills are you interested in learning that are related to the raw food lifestyle?

Need help in dealing with restaurant and social challenges. Would like resolution of conflicting info on raw foods from different perspectives.
