I will be sharing various essential plant oils which have been proven to help us get to sleep quickly, stay asleep, and awaken refreshed....without being habit-forming!

Here is how you know if you are sleep deprived: if you fall asleep in less than five minutes, it means you're sleep deprived. The ideal is between 10 and 15 minutes, meaning you're still tired enough to sleep deeply, but not so exhausted you feel sleepy by day.

I look forward to seeing you today at our chat to talk more about sleep disorders and how to deal with them naturally!

The CDC says "Insufficient sleep is a public health epidemic!" An estimated 50-70 million US adults have sleep or wakefulness disorder!

"Persons experiencing sleep insufficiency are also more likely to suffer from chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, depression, and obesity, as well as from cancer, increased mortality, and reduced quality of life and productivity."

Join us tomorrow 1 pm at Fresh Mama to learn about sleep disorders and how to deal with them naturally, using nutrition and essential oils.
