I read that a five digit number starting with a nine like (95476) means organic and a five digit number starting with 8 like (89623) means GMO and a four digit number usually starting with a four like (4326) means it
has come in contact with many man made chemicals. How true is this? Is all organic fruit/veggies non GMO? Its a little hard for me to believe because of Monsantos actions in buying up seed companies.

Unfortunately PLU Codes Do Not Indicate Genetically Modified Produce
Certified Organic supposed to be GMO free.
