Cooking takes us valuable time. I'd rather do something else besides cooking such as sewing or dancing.
Learn which foods to eat to obtain better health and decrease fat.
Anywhere, especially metro accessible. If its nit metro accessible, then somewhere with free or low cost parking.
Bibimbap - the deli near my job makes a salad with cooked brown rice and raw chopped veggies. This dish can also include meat or tofu, but I usually have avocado added instead of tofu or meat.
