Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, or just learning to be a "concious" eater...everyone can benefit by adding raw, living food to their diet. Whether you are new to raw vegan food, or a culinary expert, you will feel at home in this environment. We all have something share, and much to learn.

We are holistically-oriented folks who care about the environment, actively seek peace and are always curious to learn more: we are, in short, eternal students. It's time for us to eat to live, eat to think, eat to do - to be. We need to leave light footprints in our wake. We are compassionate, tolerant, enjoy a sense of humor - and have a good appetite. We will always remember those who have less than we.

TAKING A STAND
I admire people who take a stand and I've noticed that not only their physical health is benefited but their mind-spirit continuum is no longer fragmented and disconnected. This reduces a lot of anxiety, mind racing and other mental implosions. It is well-known that once you make a decision about anything - and are able to stick to it - the mind relaxes knowing that all your energies are now pushed in the direction of the goal - of accomplishing the task. Sitting on the fence on ANY issue for an inordinate amount of time not only reduces its impact but does not contribute to the feelings of deep pleasure once the project is started and finished. The inability to integrate (digest, absorb or, assimilate) spurs numerous feelings of inadequacy, dissatisfaction, non-acceptance and lack of fulfillment. It feels like a huge vacuum and it is not a nice place to be. The being is in the doing. Decide right now whether you want to learn how to be a better version of yourself by feeding yourself better. Challenge yourself to a new learning curve.

HEALTH is the object: To live young and be flexible as long as possible and not ravaged by dis-ease, malicious conditions, cancer and other chronic, degenerative conditions that make life miserable and cost everyone time and money. To accomplish long-term flexibility prevention is the only game in town. We'll need real food that nourishes every cell - not just the cells that make up the taste buds. You can always change your taste buds to fit your style.
