Pasta in the Raw Workshop
It is a hands-on demonstration where you will learn basic to more advanced techniques while having fun and connecting with other passionate foodies.
All Rawsome's products are:
- raw - paleo - gluten free - grain free - dairy free - sugar free - vegan* (*may sometimes contain honey)
Not only will you learn how to make:
- Spinach Ravioli with Macadamia Rawcotta and Wine Pear sauce
- Gnocchi with Sundried Tomato Sauce and Parawmesan
- Zucchini Pasta with Basil & Pistachio Pesto and Olive & Tomato salsa
- Thai Kelp Noodle Salad
...but you get to taste everything and take the recipes home with you so you can enjoy the treats again and again. This workshop is designed to give you the confidence to take these recipes and experiment with different ingredients and flavours, adding your very own creative twist. This workshop requires some dehydration and is expected to run for 5 hours. Alternatives are given to those who don't use dehydrators. This is the perfect place to learn finer entertaining techniques and to build on your raw savoury recipe list! Come have loads of fun :)
What to bring: - A small lunchbox to take any leftover goodies home (I prefer to avoid using take away packaging where possible) & your passion for food. I look forward to meeting you and sharing the raw food love soon.
