What attracted you to Rawsome's Workshops?

I like the idea of incorporating raw food into our diet to improve our energy levels and increase wellbeing. My son has mitochondrial disease; it's increasingly difficult to find food he can eat & digest with ease; food that is packed full of nutrients & is energy rich.

What's your favourite food? Do you lean towards sweet or savoury ?

Savoury - day time; Sweet - night time

Dinner at Terroir (Hunter Valley). Eating Asian fusion. Fresh, beautifully balanced flavoursome food, that was simple, yet clever and interesting.
