Alison Hill?s Bio

Alison Hill is an Emmy-nominated producer, an accomplished journalist, and a regular guest commentator on BBC Radio news programs.

She is the founder of Seren Media, and serves as a producer, writer, editor and speaker.

Her successful media career spans fifteen years and two continents. She?s worked as a newspaper reporter, an investigative journalist for a prime time TV series, and a PBS public affairs producer. Alison has done undercover work, directed studio shows, coordinated TV commercial shoots, developed PBS programming, and created an award-winning documentary. She?s performed voice-overs and hosted several shows, including the PBS series Dropframe, and has also appeared on BBC television, ITV 1 Wales and Channel 4 Wales.

She?s worked with established authors, academics, activists and politicians, and has interviewed high profile guests, including Jason Alexander, Michael Moore, and a Baghdad City Council Member. She?s filmed events with the Dalai Lama, Andie MacDowell, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and Barack Obama.

Alison produces and edits website content, writes features, and gives talks and workshops. She is also a horror novelist and has almost completed her second book.
