This is a group for anyone interested in living a more vibrant and harmonious life.
The idea is to build a warm and friendly community of like-minded people, to get together to talk, share and help each other on our journeys towards happier, healthier, more vibrant lives.
The plan is to have meetings where we can chill out, chat, make friends and learn from each other about what is working and what is not working in our practices and in our lives. We can suggest books and organisations, people to each other and swap stories and maybe arrange activities. If you’re interested in increasing your happiness, health and general quality of life come along for inspiration and support.
Since the separate vegan meetup has recently been disbanded I thought I'd include this as a subsection within this group now. You don't need to be vegan to attend meetups scheduled as vegan but please try out the vegan food for the occasion (if it's a meal for instance). For me veganism sprang out of my yoga practice as the first 'rule' of yoga is ahimsa - non violence so the two compliment each other well.
