Marshall Spencer has worked in the mortgage financing field as both a lender and mortgage broker since the 1980’s. He has experience in both branch and back office management roles at Trust company/Big 5 bank/Insurance company organizations and operated his own mortgage brokerage for 6 years. Marshall has worked in environments of 19.75rime interest rates as high as 19.75% and as low as 1.5% and worked with borrowers and institutions through economic boom and bust. He holds a mortgage brokers license, is a member of IMBA also having served on various committees there and currently develops business relationships for the mortgage broker arm of a Canadian bank. He lives in Whitby Ontario and is an avid marathon runner.

Julie Avery is currently a member of Genworth’s Ontario Sales Team, responsible for Vaughan, Richmond Hill and North York. Julie has been part of the sales team since September 2011. Prior to Genworth, Julie worked for Home Trust Company, Royal Bank of Canada and Wells Fargo Financial.

Committed to working together with Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and Real Estate Professionals, Julie will provide you with the necessary tools to make home ownership a reality for your clients.

As a graduate of Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario, Julie studied Business Administration with a focus on Sales and Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, decorating and walking her dogs.
