Fear is a cause of some of our deepest mental pain. Buddha explained methods to train our mind in states of fearlessness that offer us inner protection from worry. By applying the “medicine of meditation” we can making difficult situations easier and keep a relaxed and happy state of mind. . In this informative and light-hearted class we will share basic meditation techniques and practical ways for how to “administer” meditation to improve our life. Meditation is simple to learn and the most powerful prescription available to live a happy life. This course is a 4 part series March 5, 12th,19th, & 26th. While taught as a series each class is self-contained.
