Mindfulness for a Happy Life

Everyone wants a happy mind – less worry and conflict, more love, more joy. But to make that happen, we need to actively train our minds. Applying the practice of meditation and Buddha’s startling insights into the mind gives us the tools to actually begin to bring about the changes we long for. In this series, we will learn meditation and mindfulness techniques so that we can connect to a peaceful and happy mind. On that basis, we can then learn to let go of the sources of conflict and worry in our lives and even how to bring greater benefit and joy into the lives of others. Pre-registration is not necessary.
