Recommendation: arrive around 7:45 am for those of you who might need to rent a kayak or just want to be early. We hope to be out for a total of 4 - 5 hours round trip and hopefully we will see some sea life.
The big blue whales are finally starting to come into Redondo Beach so let's hope we get lucky and hopefully get lucky enough to see one of these giants on our kayak adventure this year!!! Check out this video: http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/video?id=8342612
Sun Sept 22th at 8:00 am come join our kayak adventure from Redondo Beach to Bluff Cove and an opportunity to snorkel at Bluff Cove, our trips are roughly 4 - 5 hours round trip with the option of joining us for lunch at Ruby’s afterwards. We depart behind the dock of Seaside Lagoon and go searching for wildlife like dolphins, seals, jellyfish, & maybe one day a whale. Check out this video of an ocean kayaker in Redondo Beach seeing a blue whale:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVtw94PJ8XA Last but not least for those of you nervous of the ocean, we have never had an incident since we started this club.
We meet at the wood dock (shown in the photo below) and kayak to Bluff Cove.
