"Connecting with the Still Small Voice Within," is an 8 week guided meditation course that takes place on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM and then repeats on Thursday mornings from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Having the classes repeat gives my students the flexibility they need.
For class 2 we are going to deepen our practice by understanding what it really means to "let go" of our thoughts. Is that even possible? Come and find out.
Cost: $8 per class or $55 for the series.
