Come join, Triple Goddess Belly Dance Instructor, Michelle Cole for an amazing Belly Dance class and learn beginning moves and how they activate, balance and align your 7 main chakras!
This class is the foundation that will help you understand the flow of energy through your body and how Belly Dance can assist in that flow.
Michelle's goal is to help provide a fun source of exercise and help women re-connect with their bodies, healing our perspectives and expectations.
