Reiki & Meditation Learning Lab is an intimate community practice space. Those new to Reiki & Meditation can experience the practice first hand and students and practitioners alike can deepen their practice in a supportive environment.

Reiki & Meditation Learning Lab is part of The Resilience Project's Reiki Reach Community Outreach Program. 100% of the proceeds support Global Gratitude Alliance and The Breathe Network. Global Gratitude Alliance gets trauma training into the hands of on the ground activists.The Breathe Network helps survivors of sexual abuse and trauma receive the trauma informed care they need. Both organizations are near and dear to my heart and are in complete alignment with the trauma sensitive approach to healing that is emphasized through the course of Reiki and Meditation training in The Resilience Project.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation and balance. Reiki originated in Japan as a form of natural healing. It is often translated as "universal life force energy" and is shared through hands on touch. Science now validates the necessity of touch for human development and health.
Many important functions in the immune and cardiovascular systems are stimulated and regulated by touch. The energetic nature of Reiki is thought to bring even more healing power to our touch. Experiencing and learning Reiki revives awareness and supports your natural ability to heal and grow.
Meditation is nothing more than a relaxed and alert awareness. Meditation helps us manage stress, anxiety and pain, develop more focus and access greater levels of health and awareness.
Reiki and Meditation both help us to cultivate resilience and live in your purpose.
