If you are interested in coming to the Tea Party on 4/15/09 in Carson City at the Legislative Building then come to this meeting!

We will discuss plans to promote, advertise and coordinate a huge group of people peacefully protesting the excessive spending and socialism agenda being planned by this Congress and Administration.

What to bring?: A non-alcoholic beverage to share.

Suggestion: You know how democrats are known to chant "All we are saying is give PEACE a chance." Instead could we say:" All we are saying is give CONSERVATISM a chance."

NON-PARTISAN - PEACEFUL - FAMILY-FRIENDLY MEETUP

We are concerned citizens who have had enough of government waste, corruption, and intrusion into our daily lives. We are non-partisan, directing our angst at the collective failures of our entire Congress, Administration and State Legislature to follow and uphold the U.S. Constitution. We are devoted to making a difference and getting our elected representatives to listen to our voice - as they were "hired" to do.

You may start or join discussions on the MESSAGE BOARD, and track any replies. Out of consideration for others, please avoid profanity, racism, inciting violence, and personal attacks against members of this meetup.

On February 19, 2009, CNBC commentator Rick Santelli voiced the sentiments of millions of Americans on the stock market floor. He called on the government to stop bailing out failing institutions and for the people to throw a 2009 Tea Party. Rick had the courage to speak up for the millions of people being robbed by our failed leadership. Let’s join him and answer the call!
