Hey Bradley and Tammie. I am interested in doing some local quarry diving so if you are looking for a dive buddy drop me a line!

Hi Tammie, I believe I met you the other night at El Rodeo....I'm a beginner as well and still learning so much! I dive a lot out of the quarry for several reasons (1) close to me (2) inexpensive as opposed to other trips (which I'm dying to start on those as well), (3) its allowed me to learn so much about my equipment, my breathing, my kick- strokes and allowed me to feel a lot more relaxed with my gear and style of swimming! I know some may excoriate me for my words but I think that we have been blessed with a Great training ground in our own back yard! After a finish this last course in Fl, I will start diving off the coast more but for now...I am happy!

Hopefully will see you out there soon! Always needing a dive buddy.

Bradley it was nice to meet you and I think the way you are doing it is great! I wish I had taken my navigation corse before I going jumping in the ocean! It will make me more dependent on my buddy in that way and I'm sure that's not a great way to do it. I will message you sometime about diving. Thanks for you message!

Kelly thank you so much for all the info on this event! I think I'm going to head out to Fantasy lake for a class that day. I still have so many basics to work on before I try dry suits! Have a blast! Hope to meet you soon!

    Hey ALL!
I am going to carpool with Rick. We usually head down on the Thursday before. All of the activities run from Friday afternoon - Sunday. Cell reception can be a little touch and go - but we will be in the GIANT RV so please stop by and say hi. I usually volunteer in the back of the tent where the paperwork is located. I should have a name tag on! Let me know if you have any questions. I HIGHLY recommend trying out a few of the different dry suits and dry gloves if you havent - its a great opportunity and a great product.
