Gobento is having their first anniversary. They have invited our meet-up group to celebrate a first year birthday party with them. We have the entire restaurant for the evening. Food will start being served at 7PM and the last food order will be taken at 10PM. Bento boxes start at €10 and are made to your likes and dislikes.
Chef Markus is working on a special menu for the event. Items so far include... home smoked salmon with lightly scorched with matcha-powder and sweet soy sauce. Grilled eggplant-light chili cream cucumber chop wrapped in sweet tofu topped with caramelized cilantro-lime sauce. Spicy tuna tartar. Baked ebi, curry veggies and popcorn chicken.

more examples for the desert--japanese pancakes with maple syrup and matcha ice cream, sweet sticky coconut rice in whole bamboo,and mochi in three variations . And some more main riceballs Corn coated prawn with avocado and sesame salt. Grilled ginger chicken from the grill with light chilli cream on top of rice wrapped in lettuce and double flamed ribeye steak in lime soy marinade.
Please note this event is BYOB (Bring your own beverage).
Bring your own beer, wine or sake.
There is a späti (corner store) 25 meters from the restaurant where you can stock up on your favorite beverages.
