Lots of classical Turkish food: Iskender, hunkar begendi (lamb stew on creamy roasted aubergine puree), tavuk gogsu (chicken breast pudding - dessert), kisir (bulgur salad...), lentil balls, European anchovy stew. Then some British (yes) stuff like the cottage pie, Yorkshire pudding and Cornish pastry with some ale. :) Sushi, steak, chocolate. And finally, I love cheese. Favorites are Gruyere, Camembert and most blue cheeses.
