I apologise to the members of this group as I have been out of the area for some time due to family matters in the UK. I would loike to schedule a meeting and will do so when I return from another trip I am taking in a few days. It is my intention to resume the group dynamic with enthusiasm beginning in April.
Meet other locals to discuss the application and development of a lifestyle that maintains your overall health and well-being. Gather to discuss the effect of such things as Sleep, Environment, Fitness, Nutrition , Laughter and Having Fun, on our feelings of well being.
The group will focus on developing appreciation and how to become a happier and a healthier Humor Being. We will have some time to learn new techniques, breathe and relax. The use of creative visualization and guided imagery with breathing techniques will, when practised, lead you to a definite improvemtn in your wellbeing.
