Awesome as usual. Yay for the recordings, just in case I can't ever attend in person.

I noticed you have an "avoid folders" presentation from a while back. You're probably preaching to the choir with this group but I'd be interested in seeing the demo portions of this!

What's a good best-practice for allowing users to edit content on an .aspx page within their sub-site? (I don't think Contributor covers it.)

@Alex, the Contribute permissions could actually be set at the Page Library. That should do the trick and allow them to update the page design and content. Hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by!

Great presentation. I would love to have discussions with people interested in permissions and other topics related to the use of SP as the engine for Corporate-Wide Search. This includes the situation were content is recognized in the search index but not managed within the SP repository (yes, I know that is not MS kosher :-) ). That is the world I live in.

Great session with Bobby on the topic of Permissions Management and ways to get ourselves out of the trouble that we tend to find ourselves in.

Signed up with the livemeeting link to attend remotely, but I don't think I got the confirmation with the link.

Dan helped me out through an email. It may not be completely automated.

You are correct sir. Looks like there's a little intervention.

The presentation starts at 12, right? Although I love my pizza, I'm pressed for time this week. Let me know.
