Welcome, Austin Restorationists!

You are invited to join a community of Restorationists, commonly referred to as Christians or Adventists. That is current, former or interested persons in the Church of Christ, Independent Christian Churches, Disciples of Christ, Mormons, United Church of Christ, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Seventh-day Adventists, Free Will Baptist, Community of Christ, Congregational Christian Churches, Christian Congregation, Inc., International Churches of Christ, Advent Christian Church, Worldwide Church of God, Church of God 7th Day, Church of God of Abrahamic Faith, Churches of Christ in Christian Union, Bible Students, Christadelphians, Sacred Name movement, among others.

What most of these groups hold in common is that they originally held open Communions with real wine. Over time most groups adopted using either water or grape juice or closed Communions.

On every 4th Wednesday of the month the Restoration Community welcomes all Restorationists to an open Communion with real wine and bread as used by the early Restorationists. We will also discuss what beliefs we hold in common.
