Welcome!

This meet-up is about retired and semi-retired people that enjoy riding motorcycles and camping in the outdoors that God created for us to enjoy. It's for meeting new people and forging friendships with other bikers that have the same interests and core values. This is not a dating, drinking or swinging group. This is just a good group of people that like to have good, clean fun.

Being on a fixed income, we don't have the resources to stay in hotels for an extended period of time so we load up our gear, get on our motorcycle and hit the road for a wonderful adventure. Without the restrictions of full-time jobs, for the most part, we are able to go when we get the bug and we can pretty much stay as long as we want. Sometimes we plan a 4 day weekend-type outing and other times a trip that spans over several states and weeks.

This group is for retired and semi-retired people that do not have family obligations to take into consideration. Not that we don't like children but having spent our younger years caring for them, this is our time to do what we want, when we want.

There no monthly dues or patches to buy to join this group. We only ask that a minimal contribution be made to pay for this site on meetup.com. Depending on how many people we have, the contribution could be as little as a few dollars and month.

As of now, we do not have a president, vice-presedent or any other officers but we will address this issue as the group grows and we see a need. Generally speaking, things will run off of a group vote. We ask that everyone participates with ideas and suggestions on where to go from here. This is a new group in it's start-up phase and it's for everyone's enjoyment.
