Gavin Lew has over 25 years of experience in corporate and academic environments. Gavin founded User Centric, a user experience research and design firm, in 1999 which was acquired by GfK in 2012. He leads global user experience research and design teams responsible for delivering useful, usable, and engaging experiences for all customer touch points across every industry. He is the lead inventor of several patents and a frequent presenter at conferences. Gavin has an MA in Experimental Psychology from Loyola University.
