6:15 - 6:30 Good/Bad/Ugly Presentation: Dave Billion, Wiley Wilson- Advanced Families

Using Nested Families in Arrays.  Using a wall louver as an example of a nested family in an array you will see how to build a family that can be used and array that adjusts according to user input while maintaining the manufacturer’s restrictions for size and area. 

6:30 - 7:15 Preparing Revit models to maximize interoperability in Navisworks manage- Jim Droski, KBS

In this presentation you will see a step by step process of taking a project from Revit to Navisworks, focusing on best practices for organizing models.  You will hear a brief overview and live demonstrations of the Presenter, Timeliner and Clash Detective tools available in Navisworks Manage. You will have a detailed glimpse into the day to day practices and software tools used by general contractors to enhance productivity, utilizing models provided by architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Attendees will receive 2 AIA CEUs for attending.
