Spring is the perfect time for letting go, removing the layers that do not serve, letting our spirits fly free!
Come join us for an outdoor healing circle where we will honor the directions, the elements, ourselves. We will journey to the heart to the beat of the drum, connecting with our spirit guides and helpers to find answers how we can spring forward into the vibrant sunshine of the summer, forage for a rock (or use one brought with us or a crystal or photograph) and meditate to send an intention for release into the stone letting go perhaps of an old relationship, job, emotion, etc., and then ceremonially bury this old portion of ourselves into the earth, letting Mother Gaia, Mother Earth purify. This will be a sacred circle of liberation. We will also learn a guided meditation to center ourselves and bring in more light and love to our hearts.
The power of prayer is amplified in community; when we perform rituals together, the efficacy of healing is that much more profound. Let us heal together and thus by healing ourselves, we will have more love and light to share with all. Good vibes are contagious!
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to lay on, a rock or crystal to bury (or could be a photo), and an open heart. You may also want to bring a flower or two, incense, herbs, a piece of candy, etc. as an offering to the prayer.
Snacks to share can always be fun too. I will use my culinary skills to make something snazzy, chocolaty, and vegan.
We will meet at the Central Park Obelisk, a sacred and highly energetic site originally from ancient Egypt located behind the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Please enter the park by the 79th street entrance and walk past the cute bear statue, head under the tunnel and then immediately to the right. The Obelisk is directly on the right hand side. You will find us there.
This is an informal healing circle open to all, those with or without shamanic experience/knowledge cordially welcome. Community LOVE! Weather permitting.
Energy exchange: $20
Sarah Eve Cardell uses yoga, shamanic, crystal, tarot, and nutrition knowledge for whole-body wellness and healing. Additionally she is a certified Usui Reiki Master and a student of the late shaman Ipupiara of the Ure-e-wau-wau Amazonian tribe. Her experience as a vegan chef is another medicinal tool in the healing journey. In workshops and individual healing sessions she uses her array of gifts to facilitate one to connect deeply to one’s heart and true light, shifting illness, removing blocks, finding one’s higher life purpose. She provides a safe space in which you can heal you!
