The Vegetarian Health Institute website is well put together. I suppose I might have guessed from your presence in person. (That's a positive thing, by the by.) Anyway, I was thinking about what I said about calories and realized that I didn't actually say much of anything behind my dismissal of calories and feel like I might have made myself look a bit... absurd? I'd like the continue the conversation (or have an entirely different one) in the future.
